Virtual office clients are often an underserved part of the workspace community - we're about to change that.
You can sign up for a free demo account where you can test the platform with a demo user account for an unlimited amount of time. You can then activate and pause user subscriptions in the dashboards.
The initial focus of the Floxx platform is selling your location as a business address for new businesses, remote companies and businesses that want to market themselves in multiple locations. You can list your address and the ability for companies to receive mail which you can then scan or forward using our platform.
We plan to add a range of new services and integrations soon to make it easy to sell local phone numbers, call answering (in-house or through a third party), hot desk passes and meeting room access.
We will be launching a referral model soon where referral partners would earn 10% of the total contract value for the first 12 months of a customer agreement.
Our Zapier integration is currently in progress. We are currently exploring a range of integrations for Airtable, Google Sheets, Hubspot, Xero and more.
There are several ways to add mail scans to the platform:
As part of KYC and Anti Money Laundering regulations we need to verify any directors of a company that will receive mail before we can provide them with their mail. You can opt into our automated onboarding KYC process where we will digitally verify each directors ID (drivers license or passport) and proof of address. You can choose to complete this yourself manually. Until all directors of the company have verified themselves we will not allow them to view their mail if they receive any mail and will add a flag on their account if they come to pick up their mail.
Yes - you can add multiple virtual office locations and users. You can set specific user preferences for which locations users can access and what activities they can perform (e.g. scanning or viewing mail, adding charges, processing refunds etc.)
You will need to email support@floxx.io to be approved to add your workspace to the platform. Once approved you will receive a unique sign up link where you can add your basic workspace details and products.
You can set your own prices for your services on an hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis.
For any customers that purchase your service through our platform, we will charge a 25% fee.
For monthly subscriptions for virtual office clients we charge £5.00 per client per month or £60 per client per year.
We charge commission for any new clients we generate who book through our platform. If you already have virtual office customers that you bill through your own systems then we do not charge commission on this.
Example. You sold a virtual office to Delta Ltd in January 2022 for £50 a month. You want to use Floxx to manage their mail and virtual office service. When you add Delta Ltd to the platform this would be charged at £5/mo while their license is active.
Example. Alpha Ltd finds your workspace on Floxx and decides to purchase a virtual office for £50/mo. We would charge £5/mo while their license is active and 25% of their monthly recurring revenue. This would be £12.50 + £5.00 per month.
